We started using the SignSpace service when we shifted completely to remote working due to the coronavirus pandemic. We have benefitted from the digital signing of decisions and contracts in the current exceptional circumstances, but there will certainly also be benefits in the future when the use expands. Starting to use the SignSpace service was simple and has gone smoothly. The simultaneous digital signing and archiving of decisions and contracts have made the processing of matters and our case management more efficient.

The commencement of the SignSpace service was easy, as we were able to set up the system quickly for production use with the tips provided by the customer service. The electronic signing tool has sped up the circulation of documents that are to be signed and, for its part, enabled remote operations. Light and strong authentication are excellently suited to various signing needs.

It seems that the SignSpace service will enable us to discontinue completely the practice of printing documents that are to be signed. Previously, the signing process was slowed down by the fact that there are often two signatories at Hemsö and our staff travels around Finland a lot. In practice, the service has significantly sped up the signing process, saved the environment, and enabled, for its part, remote working. It is also handy that all documents are archived in the SignSpace service.

We have used the SignSpace service for signing documents, such as contracts, related to contracting. The service has streamlined our operations, as no separate signing event needs to be organised or documents scanned by either party. It also saves the environment, since fewer car trips are needed. We intend to expand the services to customer agreements.
